Growing is definitely important…growing mentally, physically and emotional is what I am referring too.
Over the past year, I’ve learned that you really won’t grow as quickly as one could without loving thyself. A lot of people place their happiness in the hands of others or they depend on a “boy/girl friend” to make them happy or “complete”. Being focused on growing mentally and actually sticking to it- you will be amazed at how things change. Your mindset, your view of certain things and even how you talk and carry yourself all will evolve. Learning about yourself, literally everything from how your body reacts to ….being complete fully off burger or being fully off sushi; how you feel about monogamy (as an example- just having your own opinion), what you will put up with, what you care passionately about, what irks the hell out of you, and more importantly how to articulate your feels and thoughts to the next person; rather than keeping it bottled in or getting frustrated because you don’t know how to express it!
Learning yourself is quite easy…reflect often- meditate, keep a journal, make a private blog …something along those lines. And just pay attention to you and your surrounds. Think positively, visualize getting better at xyz, set goals and stay motivated….oh and focus on being happy within every situation…and you should be good!
Eating right works wonders! Gm!
I must say…my bracket is starting off very well!
I don’t normally do brackets but this year i’m snatching purses and wallets; accepting all forms of payments! lol
It’s crazy how much I’ve learned about the opposite sex while being single!
My view on a lot of things have change immensely. More post to come…Thinking about doing a series type posting. Haven’t done much posting anyway! :)
